Terms & Conditions – FNC Custom Pools Hero’s Discount
Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to police officers, active and retired military, veterans, and firefighters. Proof of service may be required.
Discount Availability: We welcome as many applicants as possible, but only the first 10 eligible customers who sign up for a pool project will receive the $3,000 discount.
Project Requirements: To qualify for this discount, the pool project must have a minimum contract value of $60,000 or more before discounts are applied.
Deadline to Get Started: To be eligible, customers must have begun the project initiation process on or before March 31, 2025 and sign the contract no later than April 30, 2025
Serviceable Areas: This offer is only available to customers residing within FNC Custom Pools’ serviceable areas. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, please contact us for confirmation.
Non-Transferable: This discount cannot be transferred or exchanged with any third party.
Right to Modify: FNC Custom Pools reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Testimonial Request: Customers who receive the $3,000 Hero’s Discount may be asked to provide a written or video testimonial about their experience with FNC Custom Pools. While participation is encouraged, it is not mandatory.
